The PGA tools are generally updated for the current tournament within 60 minutes of the salaries being released on DraftKings. The salary release “triggers” the system to load in the field and all the corresponding data. There are a few tools, like the Tournament Predictor, which require more data. Those tools might not update until Monday evening or Tuesday morning for an event with a Thursday start.

The Projected Ownership is usually updated on Tuesday, once the industry sentiment begins to settle. If there is enough movement, they will update again on Wednesday for an event with Thursday start.

If there is scheduled maintenance, that will be announced in the Slack channel or via my Twitter account.

I’ve created tutorials that can be found here for how I use the tools. There are little tips and tricks to help get you running as soon as possible. The good thing about RickRunGood.com is that the tools are constantly being improved. When they are improved, I’ll make updated videos to reference the newest additions.

First you need to save the model (upper left portion of the screen) and name it whatever you’ll remember. Then you’ll go to open that model and when you do, you’ll see an option to download.

Make sure you have the Raw and Classic views selected in the left sidebar. The download button will then appear on the upper right.

You can adjust the number of rounds under the “Change Settings” button at the bottom of the page,

You can cancel your account, anytime, by visiting the My Account page. You will see all active memberships under the “Subscriptions” tab and can cancel them on that screen. If you are unhappy with the product, please email [email protected] and I will make it right!

Head to the My Account page, locate your subscription and click “update”. Clicking that link will allow you to update your payment options with new card details.
